In a careful study of Biblical eschatology (a study of last things), the
study of Jesus’ coming in the flesh and His beginning work during that
approximate three and one-half years is of paramount importance to any
student or reader of the Bible.
At the end of that generation of people in the First Century AD, Jesus’
appearance "unto salvation" [Heb. 9:28], sometimes referred to as His "parousia"
(the Greek word for "presence" or "coming"), is not only tied into His
coming in the flesh but to His completed work for which He came in the
flesh and His continued working with the first century apostles and
prophets.
Jesus’ continued work through His apostles during the following forty
years after He ascended into Heaven [Acts 1:11], is what made all the
prophecies and promises of God come to completion.
While one does not want to diminish the work of Jesus while He was on
earth in the flesh, nor His salvation work at the end of the natural
Jewish age, without the development of the new covenant, spiritual
workings between AD 30 and AD 70, His first coming would have been in
vain and His second appearance would never have come to pass.
It is with this forty year period between AD 30 and AD 70 that this book
deals. Study it carefully. Without that development period in which God
was making all things new, man could not have the great blessings that
God provided for him.

BOOK REVIEW ON THE NEW BOOK
BEHOLD I AM MAKING ALL THINGS NEW (Rev. 21:5.)
AUTHOR: Ron McRay
Reviewed by Adison Martin
This book is small, but weighty. It won’t take long to read it, and it
always points back to the Bible. It is about God’s eternal, spiritual
kingdom. The author presents a different view of biblical prophecy, a
view that is consistent with definite time statements made by Jesus and
the apostles, which limit Jesus’ return to that generation. The
difference between the author’s view and that of modern evangelists (who
put the return of Jesus in our future), is one of timing.
Additionally, Ron McRay makes the case for believing the inspired Bible
about what was to happen, and when, how, and why. Ron asserts,
compellingly, that God was making all things new, spiritually,
between 30 and 70 AD. Buy the book. Read it and study the passages
with a prayerful and open mind. You will be rewarded.
